"I wanted to thank you again for the gentle, dignified way your ladies dealt with my Mums death. Thank you for allowing us time to sit with her after her passing. Allowing us to grieve. Thank you for not rushing us to clear Mums room. I'm saying all this cos we had my brother in law from the UK saying here this last week. His mum died, and her memorial was last Friday. His family were rushed to clear the room and move out as quickly as possible. I found it so traumatic and uncaring. it was horrible.
